Bible Reading is Vital

“Bible reading doesn’t feel like a chore, why do people make it sound so burdensome”, so says the young girl who is 13, to her youth leader me who was wowed 😭😯 at her response as I encourage her to be steadfast in Faith, during a Camp retreat….

As much as we want to draw close to GOD, by worship, praying, fasting, listening to sermons and many more, if Bible Reading is not a do or die matter, where we treat it like a life or death issue, I don’t see a relationship with GOD going anywhere…. We just keep feeding off crumbs when we do other things than reading the WORD… THE WORD OF GOD IS GOD, Reading the Bible in a year is hard I won’t Lie, but do all you can this year… Try Audio Bible it’s in all Bible apps on the phone it will help you catch up! GOD BLESS!
